WHAT’S INVOLVED?Develop and sustain mutually beneficial long term business relationships with key accountsProvide high quality customer service to retail accountsSupport clients to maximize sales and manage their Brands portfolioWork towards the achievement of revenue targets for the brandsOffer support, and mentoring to fellow team members
YOU WILL HAVE:Previous experience in wholesale account management, retail management or buying roles with in the action sports industry is preferredExceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with new & existing customersPrior experience in effectively managing a client contact and service planThe ability to recommend and implement effective product planning, buying, and merchandising strategiesIntermediate computer literacy (Word, Excel, AS400, Lotus Notes)Excellent planning skills & a strong focus on measurement & resultsProven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targetsUnencumbered drivers licence
