Bring on the new year!
I love this time of the year! The very beginning of the new year! This year instead of creating a huge list of resolutions that usually seem too overwhelming to tackle, I have only listed one thing:
1. Be the best version of myself that I can possibly be
I once heard that we live two lives, the life that we live and the unlived life we want to live. Many times that unlived life includes small things like," I have always wanted to practice yoga"," help out for a charity"," eat healthier", "learn how to play the guitar" etc. All attainable things if you just take action and make them happen! So, if you are still thinking of your 2012 resolutions try this one, be the best version of yourself this year that you can possibly be! Are you in? I'm in! Happy New Year!
