WHERE IS IT BASED? Melbourne, Victoria

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

  • Develop and sustain mutually beneficial long term business relationships with key accounts
  • Provide high quality customer service to retail accounts
  • Support clients to maximize sales and manage their Brands portfolio
  • Work towards the achievement of revenue targets for the brands
  • Offer support, and mentoring to fellow team members
  • YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Previous experience in wholesale account management, retail management or buying roles with in the action sports industry is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with new & existing customers
  • Prior experience in effectively managing a client contact and service plan
  • The ability to recommend and implement effective product planning, buying, and merchandising strategies
  • Intermediate computer literacy (Word, Excel, AS400, Lotus Notes)
  • Excellent planning skills & a strong focus on measurement & results
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Unencumbered drivers licence
