ELEMENT EDEN EATS - RASPBERRY & ALMOND TART

You've got the drinks, you've got the main course, the only thing missing is the dessert to share with your guests. Problem solved with this week's recipe: a delicious tart made with fresh fruits to enjoy what's left of summer!


What you will need:

- a shortcrust
- 3 eggs
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 8cl rum
- 125g ground almonds
- 20cl of 0% yogurt
- 2 handful flaked almonds
- 350g fresh raspberries

Direction:

# Preheat the oven to 200°C.
# In a bowl, stir together the eggs, caster sugar, vanilla sugar and rum, beating until fully incorporated.
# Incorporate the ground almonds and the yogurt.
# Spread the crust into a tin
# Arrange the raspberries on top of the crust and pour the mixture into the tart
# Add a first handful of flaked almonds and bake for 30 minutes
# Remove from oven and add a second handful of flaked almonds. Bake for another 5 to minutes --> check that the almonds are golden brown.
# Cool a little bit and enjoy!
